Our Story
Vitesse Sports is a collaboration by the children’s parents to enhance and improve their children’s soccer development. The parents are encouraged to be active and participate in ensuring the program is successful. The parents can participate in the following areas:
- Coaching: active, suggestions, recommendations, planning, guest coaches
- Nutrition: advice, suggestions, recommendations, guest speakers
- Psychology: advice, suggestions, recommendations, guest speakers
- Technology: monitoring, tracking, innovation,
- Administration: scheduling, communication, record keeping, member management
The purpose of the collaboration is for parents to be involved in their children’s soccer development and skills’ enhancement and improvement. Vitesse Sports empowers parents to develop youth through parents’ involvement.
Our Model
Vitesse Sports is a parent driven initiative aimed at enhancing the youth’s development including:
- Technical skills
- Physiological abilities
- Mental and emotional strengths
- Decision Making & Soccer IQ
Vitesse Sports is a collaboration effort by the youth’s parents to:
- compliment the clubs’ activities including practices and games, and
- Address the gaps in the individual development by focusing on each player’s areas of improvement
- Assist to match the player with the right club and the right coach
Vitesse Sports is not a club, and its goal is to develop and foster individual development. The parents have full involvement, participation, and input in their child development. The focus is on areas of improvement and enhancing the child’s soccer development. Vitesse Sports is an effort to create a small community where parents contribute to the development of their children, and other parents and children through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Vitesse Sports’s goal is to create a platform which provides the necessary help and knowledge to empower parents to identify the right club, right coach, and right program for their child to ensure successful development
